SMD Surface Mount Device - A - Dimensions
The fixture gives vertical spring probe connections for traditional Surface Mount Devices.
This is suitable for both both J - wing and Gull - wing.
The Fixture also comes with an adjustable toggle clamp to secure your UUT during testing.
It provides a controlled, even, and smooth pressure during engagement to protect the device legs.
It is assumed that the physical device body AND device legs are symmetrical about a centre point.
The first drawing is of the PCB Pad diagram that is provided for all SMD devices.
The second drawing is showing the suitable body and pin width.

We recommend measuring the actual size of the transformer using high-precision digital calipers.

You can customize the design further by telling us how you would like your fixture wired.
If you are replacing an existing fixture then this will allow you to make the fixture "Transformer" to "AT NODE" connections the same, so that you do not have to change the AT test program to work with the new fixture.
Auto-Wiring
Auto wiring is turned on as default - This connects each of your pins to its nearest node.
To choose you own wiring, press the "CLEAR" button and then click, hold and drag the pin to the specific BLUE AT node that you want to connect it to.
